

以“數字職教建設 共商共建共享”為主題的2020年“一帶一路”職業教育國際研討會在深圳召開。
11月(yue)26-27日,以“數字職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)建設 共商共建共享”為主題的(de)2020年“一帶(dai)一路”職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育國(guo)(guo)際研(yan)討(tao)會(hui)在深圳(zhen)召(zhao)開。來自26個國(guo)(guo)家和地區政府(fu)部門(men)、院校機(ji)構、行(xing)業(ye)企業(ye)的(de)近300名專(zhuan)家學者(zhe)齊聚線上線下,共商數字經(jing)濟時代“一帶(dai)一路”國(guo)(guo)家職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育的(de)機(ji)遇與(yu)挑(tiao)戰,發布了《深圳(zhen)倡議》。這是繼2018年首(shou)次 “一帶(dai)一路”職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育國(guo)(guo)際研(yan)討(tao)會(hui)成功舉(ju)辦以來,職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育領域的(de)又一場高規格國(guo)(guo)際盛會(hui)。

凝聚數字職教共識 深化數字職教實踐 加快共商共建共享

中國職業技術教育學會會長魯昕發表致辭。
魯昕在(zai)致辭中(zhong)談到(dao),今年以來(lai),全球疫情蔓延,世界經濟低迷,隨著(zhu)新一(yi)輪科技革命和產業變革深(shen)(shen)入發展,國(guo)際力量對比(bi)深(shen)(shen)刻調整,和平的(de)(de)發展仍(reng)然是時代的(de)(de)主題,人類命運共同體的(de)(de)理念深(shen)(shen)入人心(xin)。在(zai)此背景(jing)下,堅定不移(yi)的(de)(de)深(shen)(shen)化改革、擴大開放(fang)顯得尤為重要。統籌國(guo)內國(guo)際兩個大局,科學應變、主動求變,是中(zhong)國(guo)面臨新的(de)(de)國(guo)際形勢(shi)和環境形勢(shi)作出(chu)的(de)(de)戰(zhan)略安排。
魯昕以詳(xiang)實的(de)(de)數據(ju)梳理了(le)自2013年“一帶一路”合(he)作(zuo)倡議提出以來,教(jiao)育領(ling)域取得(de)的(de)(de)各項顯著(zhu)成就,并表(biao)示中國職業(ye)教(jiao)育應繼(ji)續圍繞共建“一帶一路”,對接所在國家的(de)(de)產業(ye)需求,通過(guo)學歷教(jiao)育與職業(ye)培(pei)訓相結合(he)的(de)(de)方(fang)式,培(pei)養(yang)更多(duo)高(gao)素質的(de)(de)技術(shu)技能人才。
在簡(jian)要闡述了中國(guo)職(zhi)教(jiao)學(xue)會(hui)對接科技進步(bu)、深(shen)(shen)化產(chan)教(jiao)融合(he)的具體(ti)(ti)舉(ju)措后(hou),魯(lu)昕表示,學(xue)會(hui)將(jiang)充分利用“一帶(dai)一路”職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育國(guo)際研討會(hui)平臺,積極發(fa)揮新時代智庫型學(xue)會(hui)作用,愿與(yu)“一帶(dai)一路”沿(yan)線各國(guo)、各地區(qu)一起,凝(ning)(ning)聚(ju)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)共(gong)(gong)(gong)識,深(shen)(shen)化數(shu)字(zi)(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)實踐,加(jia)快數(shu)字(zi)(zi)職(zhi)教(jiao)共(gong)(gong)(gong)建共(gong)(gong)(gong)享,共(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)應對當前職(zhi)教(jiao)發(fa)展的全(quan)球挑(tiao)戰,推動構建人類命運共(gong)(gong)(gong)同(tong)體(ti)(ti)。魯(lu)昕提(ti)出,此次會(hui)議(yi)聯合(he)26個國(guo)家和(he)地區(qu)發(fa)布《深(shen)(shen)圳倡議(yi)》,必將(jiang)為(wei)全(quan)面實現(xian)職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育數(shu)字(zi)(zi)化轉型、數(shu)字(zi)(zi)化升級、數(shu)字(zi)(zi)化發(fa)展和(he)數(shu)字(zi)(zi)化建設(she),凝(ning)(ning)聚(ju)共(gong)(gong)(gong)識,指明方向,為(wei)推動“一帶(dai)一路”域(yu)內國(guo)家和(he)地區(qu)職(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)育高質(zhi)量發(fa)展做出更大的貢獻。

Soo-Hyang Choi表(biao)示(shi),今年(nian)的(de)大會(hui)(hui)將主題(ti)定(ding)為(wei)“數字職(zhi)教(jiao)”正當其時。數字化是(shi)近年(nian)來職(zhi)教(jiao)領域面臨的(de)重(zhong)大變化與(yu)(yu)(yu)挑戰,疫情期間網絡教(jiao)學的(de)廣(guang)泛應(ying)(ying)用(yong),也表(biao)明(ming)數字技術(shu)能(neng)(neng)為(wei)學習(xi)者創造更多元、更靈活的(de)學習(xi)體驗(yan)。她同時指出(chu),數字職(zhi)教(jiao)不僅(jin)僅(jin)只是(shi)新(xin)技術(shu)的(de)引入與(yu)(yu)(yu)應(ying)(ying)用(yong),還(huan)應(ying)(ying)注重(zhong)促(cu)進(jin)創新(xin)和(he)改變思維方(fang)(fang)式。她感謝會(hui)(hui)議主辦方(fang)(fang)為(wei)“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)”職(zhi)業教(jiao)育搭建了國際交流與(yu)(yu)(yu)合作的(de)平臺(tai),希望與(yu)(yu)(yu)會(hui)(hui)嘉賓能(neng)(neng)利用(yong)這次機會(hui)(hui),互學互鑒數字職(zhi)教(jiao)建設(she)的(de)獨到(dao)見解與(yu)(yu)(yu)先進(jin)經驗(yan)。
