
“金融科技學院”揭牌儀式在平安金融中心舉行。
近(jin)日(ri),我校(xiao)與(yu)平(ping)安(an)(an)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)(深(shen)圳)有限公司(si)(以下(xia)簡稱“平(ping)安(an)(an)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)”)、平(ping)安(an)(an)銀行股份有限公司(si)(以下(xia)簡稱“平(ping)安(an)(an)銀行”)三方(fang)合作共建的“金(jin)(jin)融(rong)科(ke)(ke)技(ji)學院”的揭(jie)牌儀式在平(ping)安(an)(an)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)中心舉行。據悉,該(gai)學院將充分發揮我校(xiao)的技(ji)術技(ji)能人才培養優勢和平(ping)安(an)(an)集團各公司(si)的產業(ye)優勢,通過校(xiao)企合作共同培養能適應未來(lai)金(jin)(jin)融(rong)發展需要的高端科(ke)(ke)技(ji)人才。

據了解(jie),隨著大數據、云(yun)計(ji)算、人(ren)工智(zhi)能、區塊鏈等(deng)一(yi)系列新(xin)技(ji)術的(de)出現,科技(ji)與金(jin)(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)在多(duo)等(deng)領域(yu)開啟了深層次融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)合,改變了傳統(tong)(tong)金(jin)(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)業(ye)務模(mo)式。但與此同時(shi),金(jin)(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)科技(ji)對傳統(tong)(tong)金(jin)(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)各環節的(de)“顛覆(fu)”也(ye)帶來人(ren)才需求的(de)變革,實現金(jin)(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)人(ren)才向金(jin)(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)科技(ji)人(ren)才的(de)轉變、解(jie)決人(ren)力資(zi)源稀(xi)缺是(shi)傳統(tong)(tong)金(jin)(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)轉型升級中不能回(hui)避的(de)問題(ti)。金(jin)(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)業(ye)是(shi)深圳(zhen)的(de)支柱產(chan)業(ye)之一(yi),為(wei)破(po)解(jie)金(jin)(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)科技(ji)人(ren)才緊(jin)缺難題(ti),有效地促進行(xing)(xing)(xing)業(ye)加快發(fa)展、創新(xin)發(fa)展、科學(xue)發(fa)展,服務深圳(zhen)地方經濟社會發(fa)展,三方合作(zuo)共建“金(jin)(jin)(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)科技(ji)學(xue)院(yuan)”,并計(ji)劃(hua)利用5年(nian)左右的(de)時(shi)間,將該(gai)學(xue)院(yuan)建設成為(wei)集人(ren)才培(pei)養、技(ji)術研發(fa)、創新(xin)孵化、服務培(pei)訓、項目咨(zi)詢、政策研究等(deng)于(yu)一(yi)體(ti)的(de)特色(se)產(chan)業(ye)學(xue)院(yuan)。
根據協議(yi),三方將依托“金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)科技(ji)(ji)(ji)學院”平(ping)臺,強化校企合作,在金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)、金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)科技(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)智慧(hui)(hui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)領(ling)域(yu)內就專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)、實(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)基地和(he)實(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)室(shi)建(jian)設、實(shi)習就業(ye)(ye)、AI+智慧(hui)(hui)云教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、信息化教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)學等(deng)方面進行合作,共同(tong)(tong)推動金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)高技(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang);互(hu)派專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術人(ren)(ren)(ren)員或師資(zi),開展業(ye)(ye)務(wu)骨干和(he)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)師頂崗(gang)雙(shuang)向交(jiao)流,共同(tong)(tong)建(jian)立(li)金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)服務(wu)、職業(ye)(ye)技(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)、客戶服務(wu)、網絡學習、基層管理等(deng)五個(ge)方面的職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)與培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)體系,共同(tong)(tong)制定人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)方案、開發課程(cheng)標(biao)準、講授專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)課程(cheng)、培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)相關技(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng);共同(tong)(tong)打(da)造(zao)“AI+智慧(hui)(hui)云教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)”標(biao)桿,在全(quan)國(guo)范圍內發揮示范效應(ying);共建(jian)金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)大數據實(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)室(shi)、人(ren)(ren)(ren)工智能(neng)(neng)金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)實(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)室(shi)、區塊鏈金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)實(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)室(shi)及互(hu)聯網金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)實(shi)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)室(shi);建(jian)設“深圳金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)研(yan)究(jiu)中(zhong)心”開展專(zhuan)題研(yan)究(jiu)等(deng),打(da)造(zao)金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)科技(ji)(ji)(ji)領(ling)域(yu)一線(xian)技(ji)(ji)(ji)術技(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)(neng)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)培(pei)(pei)養(yang)“深圳模式(shi)”。
儀(yi)式上,陳(chen)秋明表示,深職院(yuan)(yuan)自(zi)創(chuang)建以來(lai),主動對接(jie)地方產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)經濟發展(zhan)需要,緊貼深圳(zhen)“四大(da)支柱”產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)和戰(zhan)略新興產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)來(lai)布局專業(ye)(ye)(ye),先(xian)后與(yu)一(yi)(yi)系列(lie)一(yi)(yi)流企業(ye)(ye)(ye)建設(she)特(te)色產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)學院(yuan)(yuan),旨在培養(yang)適(shi)應人(ren)工智能時代(dai)復合式、創(chuang)新型、高(gao)素質、技(ji)術(shu)技(ji)能型人(ren)才(cai),助(zhu)力(li)我校(xiao)中國(guo)特(te)色世界一(yi)(yi)流職業(ye)(ye)(ye)院(yuan)(yuan)校(xiao)建設(she)。金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)與(yu)科(ke)技(ji)的融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)合帶來(lai)了技(ji)術(shu)和應用的變(bian)革,金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)科(ke)技(ji)發展(zhan)對金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)人(ren)才(cai)提出了更(geng)高(gao)的要求。此次,我校(xiao)與(yu)平(ping)安(an)(an)集(ji)團(tuan)聯合共建“金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)科(ke)技(ji)學院(yuan)(yuan)”,是高(gao)職教育的領頭(tou)羊(yang)與(yu)我國(guo)最(zui)優(you)秀的世界500強(qiang)企業(ye)(ye)(ye)的戰(zhan)略合作,是校(xiao)企合作、產(chan)教融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)合的一(yi)(yi)次大(da)膽(dan)的創(chuang)新與(yu)實踐(jian)。“金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)科(ke)技(ji)學院(yuan)(yuan)”將充分發揮我校(xiao)的技(ji)術(shu)技(ji)能人(ren)才(cai)培養(yang)優(you)勢(shi)(shi)和平(ping)安(an)(an)集(ji)團(tuan)各(ge)公(gong)司的產(chan)業(ye)(ye)(ye)優(you)勢(shi)(shi),通(tong)過校(xiao)企合作、產(chan)教融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)合,共同制定專業(ye)(ye)(ye)標(biao)準、共同開發課程、共建師資團(tuan)隊、共同開發相應的資格證書,攜手(shou)培養(yang)能適(shi)應未來(lai)金(jin)融(rong)(rong)(rong)(rong)發展(zhan)需要的高(gao)端科(ke)技(ji)人(ren)才(cai)。
陳立(li)明表(biao)示, 過去的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)幾年(nian),雖然迅猛發(fa)展的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)科技(ji)已改(gai)變(bian)了每一個(ge)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)生活,但(dan)人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能還處于(yu)起步階段,對未(wei)(wei)來社會(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)改(gai)變(bian)尚(shang)無法預測。他說,人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)出現并不(bu)意(yi)味著對人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)取代(dai),傳統的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)崗(gang)位會(hui)消(xiao)失但(dan)新的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)崗(gang)位又會(hui)出現,人(ren)(ren)們在學習和掌握人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能之后,可(ke)以做更(geng)多的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)事(shi)情(qing)、行走更(geng)遠的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)地方、擁(yong)有更(geng)大(da)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)機會(hui),讓人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能更(geng)好(hao)(hao)地服(fu)務于(yu)人(ren)(ren)。平安集(ji)團一直以來非常(chang)重(zhong)視教育領(ling)域(yu),此(ci)次(ci),三(san)方共建平臺就(jiu)是貢獻(xian)彼(bi)此(ci)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)經驗,著眼于(yu)未(wei)(wei)來,培養適應人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能時(shi)代(dai)需求(qiu)、掌握人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能本領(ling)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)金融科技(ji)人(ren)(ren)才,從而更(geng)好(hao)(hao)地服(fu)務粵港澳大(da)灣(wan)區發(fa)展,進一步提升各方國際影響力。
