教科文職業教育創新中心項目評估國際研討會圓滿閉幕

9月5日上午(wu),教科文職業教育(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)中心(xin)項目評(ping)估國際研(yan)討會閉幕式在我校留(liu)仙洞校區(qu)舉行。聯合國教科文組織(zhi)職業教育(yu)(yu)創(chuang)新(xin)中心(xin)項目專家、肯尼亞大(da)裂谷技術培訓學院的同行評(ping)審(shen)專家以及(ji)學校領導等出席會議。

會(hui)上教科(ke)文組織(zhi)項目專家(jia)首先說明(ming)學(xue)校的評估流程、工具與結(jie)果(guo),并對結(jie)果(guo)進行了解讀(du)。肯尼(ni)亞大(da)裂(lie)谷技(ji)術培訓(xun)學(xue)院校長對于同行評審的結(jie)果(guo)進行了說明(ming)并提出未來(lai)雙方(fang)合作意向。最(zui)后副(fu)校長李月作總結(jie)講話。

教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)(ke)文組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)專家彼得(de)(de).格林伍德(de)和(he)簡?彼得(de)(de)?甘特?德(de)奧特羅(luo)根據在(zai)研討會(hui)不(bu)(bu)同環節采集的(de)(de)評(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)證據,運用項目工(gong)具和(he)統(tong)計工(gong)具,經過綜(zong)合分析給出(chu)評(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)結論:學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)(ke)文職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)項目綜(zong)合評(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)數據結果呈(cheng)現(xian)在(zai)第四(si)象限,說明學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)作已經居領先位(wei)置。四(si)個評(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)維度(領導(dao)力與(yu)(yu)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)為、教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)、產品與(yu)(yu)服(fu)務、能力創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)生態系統(tong))的(de)(de)評(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)數據都很突出(chu),其中(zhong)(zhong)領導(dao)力與(yu)(yu)組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)為維度表現(xian)最(zui)為突出(chu)。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)案(an)例內容豐(feng)富,反(fan)映了學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)在(zai)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)業(ye)上取得(de)(de)的(de)(de)驕(jiao)人業(ye)績。學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)編制的(de)(de)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)行(xing)動(dong)計劃(hua)(hua)符合職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)項目對行(xing)動(dong)計劃(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)框架(jia)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu),與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)評(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)結果反(fan)映的(de)(de)需要(yao)(yao)(yao)改進項目吻合,已經提出(chu)了解決方案(an),方向正確(que),行(xing)動(dong)得(de)(de)力,已經達到教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)(ke)文組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)項目的(de)(de)要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu)。希望學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)以后在(zai)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)內推廣(guang)(guang)(guang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)(ke)文職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)項目的(de)(de)評(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu)工(gong)具對學(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)的(de)(de)各項創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)工(gong)作做(zuo)出(chu)自(zi)我評(ping)(ping)(ping)估(gu)(gu)(gu),發現(xian)不(bu)(bu)足,做(zuo)好反(fan)思(si),追求(qiu)進步(bu)。繼(ji)續做(zuo)好項目自(zi)評(ping)(ping)(ping)報告和(he)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)案(an)例修改工(gong)作,推進實施(shi)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)行(xing)動(dong)計劃(hua)(hua),在(zai)虛(xu)擬平臺上推廣(guang)(guang)(guang)深職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)案(an)例和(he)方案(an),未來與(yu)(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)(ke)文組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)合作面(mian)向亞太地區推廣(guang)(guang)(guang)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)科(ke)(ke)(ke)文組(zu)(zu)織(zhi)(zhi)職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)創(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)(chuang)新(xin)(xin)(xin)中(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)項目,傳播“深職(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)案(an)例”、“中(zhong)(zhong)國方案(an)”。
