

以“數字職教建設 共商共建共享”為主題的2020年“一帶一路”職業教育國際研討會在深圳召開。
11月26-27日(ri),以“數字職教(jiao)建設 共商共建共享(xiang)”為主題的2020年“一(yi)(yi)(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)(yi)(yi)路”職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)國(guo)際(ji)研討會(hui)在(zai)深(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)召(zhao)開。來自26個(ge)國(guo)家(jia)和地區政(zheng)府部門(men)、院校機構、行(xing)業(ye)(ye)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)的近300名專家(jia)學者(zhe)齊聚線上線下,共商數字經濟時代“一(yi)(yi)(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)(yi)(yi)路”國(guo)家(jia)職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)的機遇與挑(tiao)戰,發布了(le)《深(shen)(shen)圳(zhen)倡議》。這是(shi)繼2018年首次 “一(yi)(yi)(yi)帶(dai)一(yi)(yi)(yi)路”職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)國(guo)際(ji)研討會(hui)成功舉辦以來,職業(ye)(ye)教(jiao)育(yu)領域的又一(yi)(yi)(yi)場高規格國(guo)際(ji)盛(sheng)會(hui)。

凝聚數字職教共識 深化數字職教實踐 加快共商共建共享

中國職業技術教育學會會長魯昕發表致辭。
魯(lu)昕在(zai)致辭(ci)中(zhong)談到,今年以來,全球疫情蔓延,世界(jie)經濟低迷(mi),隨著新一輪科技革命(ming)和產業變革深入發展(zhan),國(guo)(guo)際(ji)力量對(dui)比深刻調整,和平的發展(zhan)仍然是時(shi)代的主(zhu)題,人類(lei)命(ming)運共同體的理念深入人心。在(zai)此背景(jing)下,堅(jian)定不移的深化改(gai)革、擴(kuo)大開放顯得尤(you)為重(zhong)要。統籌國(guo)(guo)內國(guo)(guo)際(ji)兩(liang)個大局,科學(xue)應變、主(zhu)動求變,是中(zhong)國(guo)(guo)面臨新的國(guo)(guo)際(ji)形勢和環(huan)境形勢作出的戰略安排。
魯昕以詳實的數據梳理(li)了自(zi)2013年“一帶一路”合作倡議提出(chu)以來,教(jiao)育領域取得的各項顯(xian)著(zhu)成就,并表示(shi)中(zhong)國職業(ye)教(jiao)育應繼續圍繞共建“一帶一路”,對接(jie)所在(zai)國家(jia)的產業(ye)需求(qiu),通過學歷教(jiao)育與(yu)職業(ye)培訓(xun)相結合的方式,培養更多高素質的技術技能人才。

Soo-Hyang Choi表示,今年的(de)(de)大會(hui)(hui)將主題定(ding)為“數(shu)(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)”正(zheng)當其時。數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化是近年來職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)領域面臨的(de)(de)重(zhong)大變(bian)化與挑(tiao)戰,疫情期間網絡教(jiao)(jiao)學(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)廣泛應(ying)用,也(ye)表明數(shu)(shu)字(zi)技術能(neng)為學(xue)(xue)習者創造(zao)更多元、更靈活的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)習體驗。她同時指出(chu),數(shu)(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)不僅僅只(zhi)是新技術的(de)(de)引入與應(ying)用,還應(ying)注重(zhong)促進創新和改變(bian)思維方式。她感謝會(hui)(hui)議主辦方為“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育搭建了國際交流與合作的(de)(de)平(ping)臺,希(xi)望與會(hui)(hui)嘉(jia)賓能(neng)利用這(zhe)次機(ji)會(hui)(hui),互(hu)學(xue)(xue)互(hu)鑒(jian)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)建設的(de)(de)獨到(dao)見解與先進經驗。

本次研討會分(fen)為(wei)開幕式(shi)、主旨(zhi)報告、前沿對話、校企對話和閉幕式(shi)等(deng)5個(ge)版塊(kuai)。
本次研討會內(nei)容豐富,形式(shi)新(xin)穎,分為開幕式(shi)、主旨(zhi)報(bao)告、前沿(yan)對話(hua)、校(xiao)企(qi)對話(hua)和(he)(he)閉幕式(shi)等5個版塊(kuai),邀請了(le)國內(nei)外近(jin)30位政府官員、專家(jia)和(he)(he)學者,圍繞數字(zi)(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)助力全(quan)球(qiu)供應鏈、職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)助推(tui)新(xin)一(yi)代信息技術應用(yong)落地、5G應用(yong)細分中的職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)、職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)數字(zi)(zi)化轉型的探索(suo)與(yu)實踐等主題展開深(shen)度對話(hua),共同探討“一(yi)帶一(yi)路(lu)”背景下數字(zi)(zi)職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)建設(she)方略,推(tui)動(dong)全(quan)球(qiu)職(zhi)(zhi)業(ye)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)事業(ye)創新(xin)和(he)(he)發展。

經過(guo)深(shen)入交(jiao)流和(he)(he)探討,會議形(xing)成標志(zhi)性成果(guo)——《深(shen)圳倡議:推動(dong)(dong)數(shu)(shu)字職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)共(gong)商共(gong)建(jian)(jian)共(gong)享》。倡議提出,當前,世紀疫情(qing)和(he)(he)百年變(bian)局交(jiao)織,國(guo)際(ji)格局深(shen)刻變(bian)化,以大數(shu)(shu)據(ju)、工業互聯網、人工智(zhi)能(neng)(neng)、云計算、區塊鏈等為代表的(de)(de)新一(yi)代信(xin)息技術(shu)在(zai)推動(dong)(dong)人類生(sheng)產生(sheng)活方式(shi)變(bian)化的(de)(de)同(tong)時,也對技術(shu)技能(neng)(neng)人才的(de)(de)培養提出更高要求,職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)數(shu)(shu)字化轉型(xing)勢在(zai)必行。踐行數(shu)(shu)字職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)理(li)念,大力推動(dong)(dong)職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)改革創新,全面提高適配經濟社會發(fa)展的(de)(de)能(neng)(neng)力,是“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”沿線各(ge)國(guo)和(he)(he)地區發(fa)展職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)共(gong)同(tong)愿(yuan)景。倡議主要內容包括,合作開展職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)數(shu)(shu)字化轉型(xing)的(de)(de)相關理(li)論研究(jiu),奠定數(shu)(shu)字職(zhi)(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)理(li)論基礎;合作制定職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)數(shu)(shu)字化建(jian)(jian)設標準,開發(fa)數(shu)(shu)字化職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)課程,共(gong)享職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)資(zi)源;合作推動(dong)(dong)“一(yi)帶一(yi)路”沿線國(guo)家和(he)(he)地區數(shu)(shu)字化技術(shu)應(ying)用和(he)(he)普及;通過(guo)共(gong)商共(gong)建(jian)(jian)共(gong)享,合力開辟職(zhi)(zhi)業教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)繁(fan)榮(rong)發(fa)展新空(kong)間。
