為深入推(tui)進學(xue)(xue)(xue)校數字化(hua)轉型,高(gao)質量落實(shi)好“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設各項任(ren)務,6月28日(ri),深圳(zhen)職業技術學(xue)(xue)(xue)院舉行黨委理論學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)中心組(擴大(da))學(xue)(xue)(xue)習(xi)會(hui),特別邀請(qing)全(quan)國(guo)政(zheng)協委員、中國(guo)職業技術教育學(xue)(xue)(xue)會(hui)會(hui)長(chang)、教育部原副部長(chang)魯昕在京聯線(xian),作(zuo)題為《人工智能(neng)與(yu)經濟(ji)學(xue)(xue)(xue):“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設全(quan)新(xin)領域(yu)的全(quan)面(mian)建(jian)設》專題報告。會(hui)議由校黨委書記、校長(chang)楊欣斌主(zhu)持。

習近平總(zong)書(shu)記高度重(zhong)(zhong)視人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)發展,認為“人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)是引領新一輪科技革(ge)命和(he)產業變革(ge)的重(zhong)(zhong)要驅動力”,“把(ba)握全球人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)發展態勢(shi),找準(zhun)突(tu)破口和(he)主攻方向(xiang),培養大批(pi)具有創(chuang)新能(neng)力和(he)合作精神的人(ren)(ren)工智(zhi)能(neng)高端(duan)人(ren)(ren)才是教育(yu)的重(zhong)(zhong)要使命”。

魯(lu)(lu)昕列(lie)舉了人(ren)(ren)社部(bu)發布的(de)(de)數字(zi)經濟背(bei)景下市場需求(qiu)迫切的(de)(de)39個(ge)新(xin)(xin)職業(ye)(ye)(ye),通過分(fen)析(xi)(xi)新(xin)(xin)職業(ye)(ye)(ye)、新(xin)(xin)知識、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)術、新(xin)(xin)技(ji)能(neng),突顯(xian)出工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)場景變化對“雙(shuang)高”專業(ye)(ye)(ye)建設提出的(de)(de)要求(qiu)。最后(hou),魯(lu)(lu)昕通過對工(gong)(gong)信部(bu)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)交流(liu)中心發布的(de)(de)《工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)互聯網(wang)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)崗位能(neng)力(li)要求(qiu)》分(fen)析(xi)(xi),展示(shi)了工(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)(ye)互聯網(wang)產業(ye)(ye)(ye)人(ren)(ren)才(cai)(cai)8個(ge)方向41個(ge)崗位的(de)(de)4項能(neng)力(li)要求(qiu),系統(tong)總結了人(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)智能(neng)發展對高等教(jiao)育(yu)動手能(neng)力(li)數字(zi)化和(he)實訓基地虛(xu)擬化轉(zhuan)型的(de)(de)呼喚(huan)。

魯昕希(xi)望,在“雙(shuang)區(qu)(qu)”建設(she)的(de)背景下(xia),“雙(shuang)高(gao)”建設(she)的(de)過(guo)程(cheng)中,深職(zhi)院作(zuo)為“雙(shuang)高(gao)”中的(de)“雙(shuang)高(gao)”,要充(chong)分探(tan)討如何在粵港(gang)澳大灣區(qu)(qu)的(de)政(zheng)策環境、在新一代信息技術的(de)創新文化、在深職(zhi)院的(de)工科特色中發揮積極作(zuo)用,構(gou)建新知識體(ti)系,構(gou)建新課程(cheng)體(ti)系,顛覆專業結構(gou),培(pei)養復合(he)性(xing)人(ren)才,成為名副其實的(de)世界一流職(zhi)業技術學(xue)院。

楊(yang)欣斌在總結中表示(shi),魯昕會長的報(bao)告站位(wei)高(gao)遠、視野開闊,理論深厚(hou)、邏輯嚴密,觀點鮮(xian)明、素材豐富(fu),聚(ju)焦問題、貼近實(shi)際,特別(bie)是結合我校“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設(she)、專(zhuan)業(ye)設(she)置(zhi)和產教融合的情況(kuang)提出具體的指導意(yi)見,對于推動學校數字(zi)化轉型(xing),落實(shi)好“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設(she),科學謀劃“十四(si)五”期(qi)間(jian)的思路和舉措(cuo),具有重(zhong)要的指導意(yi)義。楊(yang)欣斌要求各單位(wei)深刻領會、深入研究魯昕會長的報(bao)告精神,結合實(shi)際抓(zhua)好貫徹落實(shi),努力在“雙高(gao)”建(jian)設(she)中走在前列,爭當職業(ye)教育(yu)創新發展的先行者。

整(zheng)場(chang)報告(gao)歷時兩個半小時,全(quan)(quan)校(xiao)共300余人參加學習(xi),其中,全(quan)(quan)體專業主任(ren)、教研室主任(ren)、實訓室主任(ren)在會場(chang)進行集中學習(xi);全(quan)(quan)體校(xiao)領(ling)導(dao)、黨委委員,全(quan)(quan)體中層干部(bu)通過騰訊會議系統(tong)進行線上學習(xi)。
