技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入(ru)落實(shi)“文(wen)化(hua)育(yu)人”的(de)人才培(pei)養理(li)念,一(yi)方面(mian)要求圖書(shu)文(wen)化(hua)升(sheng)華拓展,衍進到(dao)書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)文(wen)化(hua),進而推(tui)動書(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)校園,促進校園文(wen)化(hua)大(da)發展,另(ling)一(yi)方面(mian)也從(cong)文(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)角(jiao)度(du)對圖書(shu)館的(de)具體工作(zuo)提出了新的(de)要求。
1、豐富文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)根基(ji)。資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設是(shi)(shi)圖(tu)書館永恒的(de)主題(ti)(ti),今后(hou)應(ying)有(you)(you)三個(ge)轉變,一是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)視資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)內涵,二是(shi)(shi)要優化(hua)結構,三是(shi)(shi)重(zhong)點(dian)抓好(hao)特色資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設。圖(tu)書資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設實則是(shi)(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設,是(shi)(shi)書香文(wen)(wen)化(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)發(fa)展的(de)基(ji)礎。為形(xing)(xing)成資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)的(de)針(zhen)對性、有(you)(you)效性與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)特色,應(ying)進一步與(yu)學校各部(bu)門(men)及校外單位合作(zuo),加強合作(zuo)資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)、特色資(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)建設,加強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)如職(zhi)業素養、地(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)的(de)收藏(zang),一旦形(xing)(xing)成規模,就進行歸納整理,集(ji)(ji)中收藏(zang),建立專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫。日(ri)常采購中,應(ying)有(you)(you)意識(shi)地(di)進行專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)采購,形(xing)(xing)成特色文(wen)(wen)化(hua)藏(zang)書。也可發(fa)揮博(bo)物(wu)館功能,收集(ji)(ji)地(di)方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)料、非(fei)物(wu)質遺產,接受私人(ren)專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)藏(zang)品(pin),形(xing)(xing)成專(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)數據(ju)庫或特藏(zang)室(shi)。
2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)魅力(li)。圖書館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)機構(gou),傳統圖書館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)比較簡單,而現代圖書館(guan)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)應更(geng)(geng)注(zhu)重文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通(tong)過服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師生,通(tong)過文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)來(lai)育人(ren)。優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要做到服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套基本的(de)(de)能滿(man)足讀(du)者需(xu)求(qiu)的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)體系(xi),在(zai)此基礎上,要強(qiang)化(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖書文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),開(kai)展文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信息的(de)(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教(jiao)(jiao)師或(huo)重點團(tuan)隊在(zai)縱(zong)深層次的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)學科研活動(dong)中對文(wen)(wen)(wen)獻信息的(de)(de)個性需(xu)求(qiu),其次要在(zai)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)態度(du)、服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)方法上下功夫,引進新(xin)技術(shu)讓(rang)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)效率更(geng)(geng)高(gao),服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更(geng)(geng)廣,如(ru)微博、短信、聊天群、手機圖書館(guan)、虛擬圖書館(guan)等,促進與讀(du)者的(de)(de)信息交流,文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)互動(dong)。
3、廣(guang)開文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動——拓寬文(wen)化(hua)平臺。圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是校(xiao)園師生(sheng)最重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)的(de)聚(ju)集之(zhi)地。面向(xiang)未(wei)來,我們提(ti)出除了(le)要(yao)(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)資(zi)源(yuan)信息中心(xin)(xin)之(zhi)外,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)學習交流中心(xin)(xin)、文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動中心(xin)(xin)和宣傳教育中心(xin)(xin),實(shi)現(xian)由傳統大(da)學圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向(xiang)一流、現(xian)代、新型(xing)大(da)學圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)轉(zhuan)型(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)型(xing)實(shi)際上賦予圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更多(duo)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)功能,不斷拓寬圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動平臺,成(cheng)為學校(xiao)育人的(de)重(zhong)要(yao)(yao)(yao)渠道。近年來,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在做好常規服務的(de)同時(shi),大(da)量舉辦主題(ti)文(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)覽、館(guan)(guan)藏(zang)推介、閱讀(du)沙(sha)龍、專題(ti)講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)評競(jing)賽(sai)和技(ji)能比(bi)賽(sai)等,保持了(le)館(guan)(guan)內(nei)每月有新的(de)文(wen)化(hua)展(zhan)(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動的(de)頻率,通過教師的(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)俱樂部(bu)與(yu)學生(sheng)的(de)讀(du)者協會(hui),與(yu)師生(sheng)建(jian)(jian)立了(le)廣(guang)泛的(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)(tu)(tu)(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)(yao)不斷把館(guan)(guan)內(nei)各(ge)類文(wen)化(hua)活(huo)動搞好搞精彩,還要(yao)(yao)(yao)走(zou)出館(guan)(guan)舍,深入(ru)校(xiao)園,并且(qie)走(zou)出校(xiao)門,配合教學活(huo)動或師生(sheng)的(de)專題(ti)活(huo)動,開展(zhan)(zhan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)服務。
