圖(tu)書特(te)(te)有的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)底蘊和文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)地(di)(di)位(wei),對(dui)整個社(she)會(hui)(hui)的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)大發展,甚(shen)而對(dui)經濟、科研(yan)、社(she)會(hui)(hui)文(wen)(wen)(wen)明等(deng)方面的(de)進步起著舉足輕重的(de)作(zuo)用。圖(tu)書館作(zuo)為古(gu)今中(zhong)外最(zui)重要(yao)的(de)藏書場(chang)所(suo)、文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)天(tian)地(di)(di),肩(jian)負著特(te)(te)別的(de)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)使命和任務。高校圖(tu)書館在(zai)為教學(xue)科研(yan)服務的(de)同(tong)時(shi),更有著直接參與文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)育人的(de)重要(yao)使命。
技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養“復合式創新(xin)(xin)型高素質高技能(neng)人(ren)才”,是新(xin)(xin)時期對(dui)職業院校提(ti)出的(de)新(xin)(xin)要求,符(fu)合市場對(dui)新(xin)(xin)型技能(neng)人(ren)才的(de)新(xin)(xin)變化,也切合技能(neng)人(ren)才未來發(fa)展的(de)方向(xiang)。全面推進(jin)“文(wen)化育(yu)人(ren)、復合育(yu)人(ren)、協(xie)同育(yu)人(ren)”人(ren)才培養模式改革,對(dui)職業院校的(de)發(fa)展與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學提(ti)出了(le)新(xin)(xin)的(de)挑戰,也說(shuo)明了(le)新(xin)(xin)型技能(neng)人(ren)才培育(yu)的(de)復雜性。作為傳(chuan)統的(de)文(wen)化主體部門、教(jiao)(jiao)學輔助單位,圖書館理當主動(dong)參與(yu)到(dao)文(wen)化育(yu)人(ren)工(gong)作中(zhong)。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文(wen)化(hua)育人”的(de)人才培養理(li)念,一方面(mian)(mian)要(yao)(yao)求圖(tu)書文(wen)化(hua)升華拓展(zhan),衍進(jin)到(dao)書香(xiang)文(wen)化(hua),進(jin)而推動(dong)書香(xiang)校園,促進(jin)校園文(wen)化(hua)大發展(zhan),另一方面(mian)(mian)也從文(wen)化(hua)建設(she)的(de)角度對(dui)圖(tu)書館的(de)具(ju)體工作提(ti)出了新的(de)要(yao)(yao)求。
1、豐富文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源——夯(hang)實文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)根基。資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建設(she)是圖書(shu)館永恒的(de)主題(ti),今后應有(you)三(san)個(ge)轉變,一是重(zhong)視資(zi)(zi)(zi)源的(de)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)內涵,二是要優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)結構,三(san)是重(zhong)點抓好特(te)(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建設(she)。圖書(shu)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建設(she)實則是文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建設(she),是書(shu)香文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)與校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)發展的(de)基礎。為(wei)形(xing)成資(zi)(zi)(zi)源的(de)針對性、有(you)效性與文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)特(te)(te)色(se)(se),應進一步與學校(xiao)各部門及校(xiao)外單位合作,加強(qiang)合作資(zi)(zi)(zi)源、特(te)(te)色(se)(se)資(zi)(zi)(zi)源建設(she),加強(qiang)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專題(ti)如職(zhi)業素養、地(di)方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、高職(zhi)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)收藏(zang),一旦形(xing)成規模,就(jiu)進行歸納(na)整理,集(ji)中收藏(zang),建立專題(ti)文(wen)庫。日(ri)常(chang)采(cai)(cai)購(gou)中,應有(you)意識地(di)進行專題(ti)采(cai)(cai)購(gou),形(xing)成特(te)(te)色(se)(se)文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)藏(zang)書(shu)。也可(ke)發揮(hui)博物(wu)館功能(neng),收集(ji)地(di)方文(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)資(zi)(zi)(zi)料、非物(wu)質遺產,接受私人專題(ti)藏(zang)品,形(xing)成專題(ti)數據庫或特(te)(te)藏(zang)室。
2、優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)——延伸文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)魅(mei)力。圖書館(guan)是服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)機構(gou),傳(chuan)統圖書館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)比較(jiao)簡單,而現代圖書館(guan)的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)應更注重(zhong)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)性,通過服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)影響(xiang)師生,通過文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)來育人。優(you)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)關鍵要(yao)做到服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)的(de)多樣化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)、個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua),日常應建立一套(tao)基本的(de)能(neng)滿(man)足讀者需(xu)求的(de)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)體(ti)系,在(zai)此基礎上(shang),要(yao)強化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)專業(ye)圖書文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),開展文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)個性化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu),滿(man)足教(jiao)師或重(zhong)點團隊在(zai)縱深(shen)層(ceng)次的(de)教(jiao)學科研活(huo)動中(zhong)對文(wen)(wen)獻信(xin)息的(de)個性需(xu)求,其次要(yao)在(zai)服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)細節、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)態度、服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)方(fang)法上(shang)下功夫,引進新技術讓服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)效(xiao)率更高,服(fu)(fu)(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)(wu)(wu)范圍更廣,如微博、短信(xin)、聊天群、手機圖書館(guan)、虛擬圖書館(guan)等,促(cu)進與讀者的(de)信(xin)息交流,文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)互動。
3、廣(guang)開文(wen)化活(huo)動(dong)(dong)——拓(tuo)寬文(wen)化平臺。圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)是校園(yuan)師生最重要(yao)(yao)的(de)(de)聚集之(zhi)地(di)。面(mian)向未來(lai),我們提(ti)出(chu)(chu)除了要(yao)(yao)把圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)資源信息中(zhong)心之(zhi)外,還要(yao)(yao)建(jian)(jian)成(cheng)學(xue)(xue)習(xi)交流中(zhong)心、文(wen)化活(huo)動(dong)(dong)中(zhong)心和宣(xuan)傳(chuan)教育中(zhong)心,實現(xian)由傳(chuan)統大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)向一流、現(xian)代、新(xin)(xin)型(xing)大(da)(da)學(xue)(xue)圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)。這種轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)實際上賦予圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)更多的(de)(de)文(wen)化功(gong)能,不斷拓(tuo)寬圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)的(de)(de)文(wen)化活(huo)動(dong)(dong)平臺,成(cheng)為學(xue)(xue)校育人(ren)的(de)(de)重要(yao)(yao)渠道。近年來(lai),圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)在(zai)做好常規服務的(de)(de)同時,大(da)(da)量舉辦主題文(wen)化展(zhan)覽(lan)、館(guan)(guan)藏推介、閱讀(du)沙龍、專題講座、書(shu)(shu)(shu)評競賽和技(ji)能比賽等(deng),保(bao)持了館(guan)(guan)內每(mei)月有新(xin)(xin)的(de)(de)文(wen)化展(zhan)示與(yu)文(wen)化活(huo)動(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)頻(pin)率(lv),通(tong)過(guo)教師的(de)(de)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)俱(ju)樂(le)部與(yu)學(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)讀(du)者協會,與(yu)師生建(jian)(jian)立了廣(guang)泛的(de)(de)聯系。以后,圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)(guan)要(yao)(yao)不斷把館(guan)(guan)內各類文(wen)化活(huo)動(dong)(dong)搞好搞精彩,還要(yao)(yao)走出(chu)(chu)館(guan)(guan)舍,深入(ru)校園(yuan),并且走出(chu)(chu)校門,配(pei)合教學(xue)(xue)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)或師生的(de)(de)專題活(huo)動(dong)(dong),開展(zhan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)香文(wen)化服務。
