技能人才內涵的豐富與育人平臺的擴充
培養(yang)“復合(he)式(shi)創(chuang)新(xin)型(xing)高素質高技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才”,是新(xin)時期對職(zhi)業(ye)院校提出的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)要求,符合(he)市(shi)場(chang)對新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才的(de)(de)(de)新(xin)變化(hua),也切合(he)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才未(wei)來發展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)方向(xiang)。全面推進“文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、復合(he)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、協同育(yu)人(ren)(ren)”人(ren)(ren)才培養(yang)模式(shi)改革,對職(zhi)業(ye)院校的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)與(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)教(jiao)(jiao)學提出了新(xin)的(de)(de)(de)挑戰,也說明了新(xin)型(xing)技(ji)能人(ren)(ren)才培育(yu)的(de)(de)(de)復雜(za)性。作為傳(chuan)統的(de)(de)(de)文化(hua)主體部門(men)、教(jiao)(jiao)學輔助(zhu)單位,圖書(shu)館理當主動參(can)與(yu)到文化(hua)育(yu)人(ren)(ren)工作中。

文化育人的使命與圖書工作的新挑戰
深入落實“文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)育人”的(de)人才培養理念,一(yi)方(fang)面要求(qiu)圖(tu)書文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)升華拓展(zhan),衍進到書香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua),進而推(tui)動書香(xiang)校(xiao)園(yuan),促進校(xiao)園(yuan)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)大發展(zhan),另一(yi)方(fang)面也從(cong)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)建設的(de)角度對圖(tu)書館的(de)具體工作提出(chu)了(le)新(xin)的(de)要求(qiu)。
1、豐富(fu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)——夯實文(wen)(wen)化(hua)根(gen)基。資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設是(shi)圖書館(guan)永(yong)恒的主(zhu)題(ti),今后(hou)應有三個轉變,一是(shi)重視資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的文(wen)(wen)化(hua)內涵,二是(shi)要優化(hua)結構,三是(shi)重點抓好特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設。圖書資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設實則是(shi)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設,是(shi)書香(xiang)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)與(yu)校園文(wen)(wen)化(hua)發(fa)展的基礎(chu)。為(wei)形成(cheng)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)的針對(dui)性、有效(xiao)性與(yu)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)特(te)色(se),應進一步(bu)與(yu)學(xue)校各部(bu)門及校外單位合(he)作,加(jia)強合(he)作資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、特(te)色(se)資(zi)(zi)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)建設,加(jia)強文(wen)(wen)化(hua)專(zhuan)題(ti)如職業素養、地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)、高職文(wen)(wen)化(hua)的收藏,一旦形成(cheng)規模,就進行歸納整理,集中收藏,建立專(zhuan)題(ti)文(wen)(wen)庫。日(ri)常采(cai)購(gou)中,應有意識(shi)地進行專(zhuan)題(ti)采(cai)購(gou),形成(cheng)特(te)色(se)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)藏書。也(ye)可(ke)發(fa)揮博物館(guan)功(gong)能,收集地方文(wen)(wen)化(hua)資(zi)(zi)料、非物質遺產,接(jie)受私人專(zhuan)題(ti)藏品,形成(cheng)專(zhuan)題(ti)數據庫或特(te)藏室。
