[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李(li)(li)翔(xiang),中共黨員,數創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦負(fu)責人。雖說是(shi)今年初從管(guan)(guan)理(li)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到(dao)數創學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)(yuan),但從進(jin)校伊(yi)始,宋李(li)(li)翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)生管(guan)(guan)理(li)工(gong)作崗(gang)位(wei)辛勤耕耘(yun)九個年頭,是(shi)學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍(wu)中品格優秀、勤勉(mian)擔當、經驗豐富的中堅力量。

自“不(bu)忘初心,牢(lao)記使(shi)命(ming)”主題教(jiao)育工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)開展以來,宋李翔積極響應校(xiao)黨(dang)委和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)黨(dang)總支的(de)(de)號召,根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)黨(dang)委和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)有(you)關(guan)“不(bu)忘初心,牢(lao)記使(shi)命(ming)”主題教(jiao)育統(tong)一部署和(he)安排(pai),積極組織學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)支部的(de)(de)各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),將黨(dang)建工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)日常(chang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)同部署、共(gong)落實(shi),找準(zhun)基層黨(dang)支部建設的(de)(de)重(zhong)點(dian),扎實(shi)推(tui)進各(ge)項(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)開展,工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中以身作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)則(ze)、身先(xian)士卒、貼近學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)、貼近工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)實(shi)際(ji)、貼近工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務(wu)于學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展現(xian)了學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)黨(dang)支部書記應有(you)的(de)(de)風采(cai)。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李翔(xiang)老師工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)敢于擔當,身(shen)先士卒,高度(du)自律。每天早(zao)上提(ti)前一(yi)(yi)(yi)個小(xiao)時(shi)趕(gan)到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工(gong)(gong)作,下(xia)午最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開辦(ban)公室,關(guan)愛(ai)團(tuan)隊成員(yuan),注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)隊伍內部(bu)建設,通過(guo)專題(ti)(ti)研討、團(tuan)隊成員(yuan)談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)隊活(huo)動等方式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)(gong)辦(ban)營造出團(tuan)結協作,拼搏奉獻的工(gong)(gong)作氛圍(wei)。每周2次(ci)(ci)實地檢查(cha)新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修(xiu)情況(kuang),及時(shi)向新生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)反饋早(zao)晚修(xiu)情況(kuang)。積極通過(guo)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)、走訪(fang)宿舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座談(tan)等形式(shi)傾(qing)聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思想動態(tai)(tai),及時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自開展(zhan)(zhan)主(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)(ti)教育(yu)工(gong)(gong)作以(yi)來(lai),主(zhu)(zhu)持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)80人(ren)次(ci)(ci),宿舍走訪(fang)4次(ci)(ci)。工(gong)(gong)作中(zhong)能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業和(he)培養特(te)點,有(you)針對(dui)(dui)性的開展(zhan)(zhan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活(huo)動,與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將(jiang)活(huo)動育(yu)人(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)理念落(luo)實到(dao)位。同時(shi)對(dui)(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業后進的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕不放(fang)棄引導(dao)教育(yu),而是通過(guo)嚴要求,敢碰硬的態(tai)(tai)度(du)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家長、班主(zhu)(zhu)任、輔(fu)導(dao)員(yuan)一(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行(xing)后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的教育(yu)引導(dao)。羅馬城不是一(yi)(yi)(yi)天建成的,一(yi)(yi)(yi)流的學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工(gong)(gong)作團(tuan)隊建設也(ye)不是一(yi)(yi)(yi)朝一(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯(wei)有(you)通過(guo)嚴于律己的作風和(he)正能量的積極傳遞才能讓新時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的建設與時(shi)俱進,勇往(wang)直(zhi)前。
