[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔(xiang),中共黨(dang)員(yuan),數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦負責(ze)人。雖說是(shi)今年初(chu)從管理(li)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪崗(gang)來到數(shu)創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但從進校伊始,宋李翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)管理(li)工(gong)作(zuo)崗(gang)位(wei)辛勤(qin)耕耘(yun)九(jiu)個年頭(tou),是(shi)學(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊伍中品格優(you)秀、勤(qin)勉擔當、經驗豐富的中堅(jian)力量(liang)。

自(zi)“不忘初心(xin),牢(lao)記使(shi)(shi)命(ming)”主題教育工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)開展(zhan)以來,宋(song)李翔(xiang)積(ji)極響應(ying)校黨委和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院黨總(zong)支(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)號召,根(gen)據(ju)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校黨委和(he)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院有關“不忘初心(xin),牢(lao)記使(shi)(shi)命(ming)”主題教育統(tong)一(yi)部署和(he)安排,積(ji)極組(zu)織學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生支(zhi)(zhi)部的(de)(de)各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),將黨建工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生日常(chang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)同(tong)部署、共(gong)落實,找準基層黨支(zhi)(zhi)部建設的(de)(de)重(zhong)點,扎實推進各(ge)項工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)開展(zhan),工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)中以身作(zuo)(zuo)則(ze)、身先(xian)士卒、貼(tie)近學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生、貼(tie)近工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)實際、貼(tie)近工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)隊伍,服務于(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生成長成才(cai),展(zhan)現(xian)了(le)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨支(zhi)(zhi)部書記應(ying)有的(de)(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

ong)過(guo)借助(zhu)專業力量(liang)提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)對重點關注(zhu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)管理(li)(li)(li)(li)能力和(he)(he)應對水(shui)平。積極(ji)發揮新(xin)媒體(ti)平臺(tai)在(zai)(zai)思(si)(si)(si)想政(zheng)(zheng)治(zhi)教育(yu)中(zhong)的(de)陣地作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),組織(zhi)策劃迎(ying)(ying)新(xin)系列推(tui)(tui)(tui)文、國慶70周年(nian)系列活動(dong)、強國青(qing)(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)說推(tui)(tui)(tui)文等(deng)宣(xuan)傳(chuan)推(tui)(tui)(tui)文,深受(shou)新(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)歡迎(ying)(ying)。

宋李(li)翔老(lao)師工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中敢于(yu)擔(dan)當,身先士卒,高度自律(lv)(lv)。每(mei)天(tian)早上提前一(yi)(yi)個(ge)小(xiao)時趕到學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校開(kai)始工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),下午最后一(yi)(yi)個(ge)離(li)開(kai)辦公室,關(guan)愛團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)隊(dui)(dui)伍內部建設,通(tong)過專(zhuan)題研討、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)成(cheng)(cheng)員談(tan)心談(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)活(huo)動等(deng)方式為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工(gong)辦營造出團(tuan)結協作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),拼搏奉(feng)獻(xian)的(de)(de)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)氛圍。每(mei)周2次實地(di)檢查(cha)新(xin)生早修情況,及時向新(xin)生輔(fu)導員反饋(kui)早晚修情況。積(ji)極(ji)通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)、走訪宿舍(she)、學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生代表座談(tan)等(deng)形式傾(qing)聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生聲音,了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生思(si)想動態,及時為學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生排(pai)憂解難。自開(kai)展主題教(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)以(yi)來,主持學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生座談(tan)會2場,學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生一(yi)(yi)對一(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)80人(ren)(ren)次,宿舍(she)走訪4次。工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)和培(pei)養特點(dian),有針對性的(de)(de)開(kai)展學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生活(huo)動,與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生打成(cheng)(cheng)一(yi)(yi)片(pian),將活(huo)動育(yu)人(ren)(ren)、文化育(yu)人(ren)(ren)理念落實到位。同時對學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)(ye)后進(jin)的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生絕不(bu)放棄(qi)引導教(jiao)育(yu),而(er)是通(tong)過嚴(yan)要求,敢碰硬的(de)(de)態度與(yu)(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生家長、班主任、輔(fu)導員一(yi)(yi)起進(jin)行后進(jin)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)教(jiao)育(yu)引導。羅馬城不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)天(tian)建成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)流的(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)團(tuan)隊(dui)(dui)建設也(ye)不(bu)是一(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過嚴(yan)于(yu)律(lv)(lv)己的(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)風和正能量(liang)的(de)(de)積(ji)極(ji)傳遞才能讓新(xin)時期學(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生黨支部的(de)(de)建設與(yu)(yu)時俱(ju)進(jin),勇往直(zhi)前。
