[典型人物]宋李翔:以“領頭雁”之姿 守初心 蓄勢行

宋李翔(xiang),中(zhong)共(gong)黨員,數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)學(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦負責人。雖說(shuo)是今(jin)年初(chu)從管(guan)理學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan)輪(lun)崗來到(dao)數創(chuang)學(xue)(xue)(xue)院(yuan),但從進校伊始,宋李翔(xiang)已在學(xue)(xue)(xue)生管(guan)理工作崗位辛勤耕耘(yun)九個年頭,是學(xue)(xue)(xue)校學(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍中(zhong)品格優秀(xiu)、勤勉擔當、經驗(yan)豐(feng)富的(de)中(zhong)堅力量。

自“不(bu)忘(wang)初心,牢(lao)記使命(ming)”主(zhu)題教育工(gong)作(zuo)開(kai)展(zhan)以來,宋李翔積極(ji)(ji)響(xiang)應(ying)校(xiao)黨委和學院(yuan)黨總支(zhi)的(de)號召,根(gen)據學校(xiao)黨委和學院(yuan)有(you)關(guan)“不(bu)忘(wang)初心,牢(lao)記使命(ming)”主(zhu)題教育統一部署(shu)和安排(pai),積極(ji)(ji)組(zu)織學院(yuan)學生(sheng)(sheng)支(zhi)部的(de)各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo),將黨建工(gong)作(zuo)與(yu)學生(sheng)(sheng)日常工(gong)作(zuo)同部署(shu)、共落實,找準基層黨支(zhi)部建設的(de)重(zhong)點,扎(zha)實推進各(ge)(ge)項(xiang)(xiang)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)開(kai)展(zhan),工(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)以身(shen)作(zuo)則(ze)、身(shen)先士卒、貼(tie)近學生(sheng)(sheng)、貼(tie)近工(gong)作(zuo)實際、貼(tie)近工(gong)作(zuo)隊伍,服(fu)務于(yu)學生(sheng)(sheng)成(cheng)長成(cheng)才,展(zhan)現了學生(sheng)(sheng)黨支(zhi)部書記應(ying)有(you)的(de)風采。

“育”字當頭 對學生的思想政治教育一直在路上

宋李翔(xiang)老(lao)師工作中敢于擔當,身先士卒,高(gao)度(du)自(zi)律。每(mei)天(tian)(tian)早(zao)上(shang)提前一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個小時(shi)趕到(dao)學(xue)(xue)(xue)校開始工作,下午最后一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)個離開辦(ban)公室(shi),關愛(ai)團(tuan)隊(dui)成員,注重學(xue)(xue)(xue)工隊(dui)伍內部(bu)建(jian)設(she)(she),通(tong)過專題研討(tao)、團(tuan)隊(dui)成員談(tan)心(xin)談(tan)話(hua)、團(tuan)隊(dui)活動等方式(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)工辦(ban)營造出團(tuan)結協作,拼(pin)搏奉獻(xian)的(de)(de)(de)工作氛圍。每(mei)周2次實(shi)地檢查新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)早(zao)修(xiu)(xiu)情(qing)況,及(ji)時(shi)向新(xin)(xin)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)輔導(dao)員反饋早(zao)晚修(xiu)(xiu)情(qing)況。積極通(tong)過學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)、走(zou)訪宿(su)舍、學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)代表座(zuo)談(tan)等形式(shi)傾聽學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)聲音(yin),了解學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)思(si)想動態,及(ji)時(shi)為學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)排憂解難。自(zi)開展主題教育(yu)(yu)(yu)工作以(yi)來,主持(chi)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)座(zuo)談(tan)會2場(chang),學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)對(dui)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)談(tan)話(hua)80人(ren)(ren)次,宿(su)舍走(zou)訪4次。工作中能根據學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)專業(ye)和培(pei)養(yang)特點,有針對(dui)性的(de)(de)(de)開展學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)活動,與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)打成一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)片,將活動育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)、文化育(yu)(yu)(yu)人(ren)(ren)理念(nian)落實(shi)到(dao)位。同時(shi)對(dui)學(xue)(xue)(xue)業(ye)后進的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)絕(jue)不(bu)(bu)放(fang)棄引導(dao)教育(yu)(yu)(yu),而是通(tong)過嚴(yan)(yan)要求,敢碰硬(ying)的(de)(de)(de)態度(du)與(yu)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)家(jia)長、班主任、輔導(dao)員一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)起進行后進學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)(de)教育(yu)(yu)(yu)引導(dao)。羅馬城不(bu)(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)天(tian)(tian)建(jian)成的(de)(de)(de),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)流(liu)的(de)(de)(de)學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)工作團(tuan)隊(dui)建(jian)設(she)(she)也不(bu)(bu)是一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)朝(chao)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)夕,唯有通(tong)過嚴(yan)(yan)于律己的(de)(de)(de)作風和正(zheng)能量的(de)(de)(de)積極傳遞才能讓新(xin)(xin)時(shi)期學(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)(sheng)黨支部(bu)的(de)(de)(de)建(jian)設(she)(she)與(yu)時(shi)俱進,勇往直前。
